Collective IT Solutions partnered with Campfire Management to create a cohesive brand presence and modern online platform. Starting with branding and logo assistance, we selected and customized a Divi WordPress theme, tailoring colors, typography, and styles to reflect the client’s identity. A dedicated testimonials page was built, incorporating both client recommendations and curated feedback to enhance credibility.

To ensure the website communicated clearly and visually aligned with the brand, we used AI tools to help articulate service descriptions and generate compelling, high-quality imagery. Functionality enhancements included dynamic contact forms and project inquiry forms, enabling streamlined communication.

Beyond the website, we provided comprehensive support in branding, content creation, email marketing setup, social media integration, social network creation, and technical consulting. Business email setup and configuration ensured consistent communication channels across platforms.

Scriptwriting with AI – Utilized multiple AI chat platforms to develop engaging, tailored scripts for both full-length YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts. Scripts were designed to include strong hooks, storytelling elements, monetization tie-ins, and audience engagement prompts.
AI-Generated Image Prompts – Created vivid and descriptive prompts in AI chat tools to guide image generation. Leveraged Canva and Leonardo.ai to produce hyper-realistic, branded visuals for each video scene.
Voiceover Creation – Used ElevenLabs to convert text scripts into high-quality, natural-sounding voiceovers. Matched tone and pacing to video style for maximum viewer engagement.
Video Assembly & Editing – Compiled and edited all assets in Canva, incorporating custom timing, transitions, effects, text overlays, and synchronized audio files to deliver a polished final product.
Optimization & Strategy – Ensured videos were formatted for platform best practices, including attention-grabbing thumbnails, keyword-rich titles/descriptions, and strategic posting schedules for audience growth.
